(poems from my youth)

For Rent.

This empty place in my heart
is for rent;

For the one who occupied it last,
packed her belongs;

Disappeared without a trace
which is why this vacant place
is looking for a new owner.

I kept her deposit to cover the extensive damage caused

When she moved in, tore up the place,
and left my heart,
an unsuitable place

For any other love to live,
until someone can give me,

A deal to make me reconsider,
renting my heart again.
